Service Description

This 1 - 1.5 hour session will allow us to establish a baseline of where your player is at from a physical capability and discuss what the next steps can be for their overall development Please note - by signing up for this assessment, you agree to pay the fees, by the due dates, as listed in the 2023 Program introduction document. - Deposit due no later than time of first assessment. I also understand that it is my responsibility to send remaining payments, by the due date. Please accept my first payment of $400 and I acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable.
